Tullintrain Pipe and Drum Band

Formed in 2005, Tullintrain West Pipe Band is an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit Kansas City musical group committed to promoting the history and music of Ireland and Scotland through performance, competition, and instruction on bagpipes and drums. The Band's mission avoids political discord, discrimination, or exclusion of members on the basis of religion, political or social ideology, or ethnic heritage. The Band's objective is to have fun by learning and playing great pipe music well. Providing free instruction for student-members, the Band actively recruits ‘young blood’.
